Sauna Bothy is a bespoke wood-fired mobile sauna cabin.  We operate at various countryside locations in Scotland, offering sauna sessions close to nature, whether at the seaside, riverside, lochside or mountainside.

We offer “thermotherapy", to promote health and wellbeing for adventurers, holiday makers and wellness seekers.

We provide a treasured opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, refresh and renew; enhancing spiritual wellbeing, alongside physical and emotional health.

We operate near water, so that you can cool off in the fresh air or by dipping and/or swimming in the sea, river or loch.

We offer public sauna slots to share with other sauna customers or private sauna sessions for exclusive use of our sauna cabin.

We collaborate with other wellness practitioners, yoga teachers and fitness coaches to offer health and wellbeing retreat days.
